The merchandise purchased from Maria Luisa Boutique and ML by Maria Luisa is unconditionally guaranteed. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. (Please note: Final sale merchandise cannot be returned.)
Web Purchase Refunds
If requesting a web purchase refund, it will be credited back to you via the original method of payment. This refund should be posted within three weeks of the date of processing as follows:
Please NOTE that it may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly credit-card statement. Most returns should be fully processed within two to three weeks, depending on how the merchandise is returned. Gift-card purchases will be refunded in the form of a new gift card, sent to your attention at your billing address.
If you have purchased an item that is now on sale, we will happily offer a price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale price.
When returning merchandise purchased through www.MariaLuisaBoutique.com, you may opt to make returns via courier service or in person in either of our stores.
