Our current Brick and Mortar store is open Tuesday-Sunday 11:00 am-5:00 pm or by appointment.

• If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have come into contact with others

who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, for everyone’s safety, please designate

someone who has not been exposed to COVID-19 for your shopping needs.

• Wear a protective mask - Maintain 6ft minimum distance between yourself and others. Upon entering our shop, you will be asked to sanitize your hands. We will also offer the option for you to wear gloves that we will provide you with.

• When you have arrived for pickup call us at 845-353-4122.

• Tell us the name associated with your order.

• Be prepared to show us your order details and ID.

We're observing six-foot social distancing standards, designating directional traffic

patterns and placing taped markers on our floors around the store for guidance.

We encourage you to pay with credit or debit and opt for digital receipts.
 PROTECTING YOU AND US
We have adopted a number of alternate procedures designed to protect us all.
 All employees, visitors and customers are required to wear masks. We’re all in this together! Our masks protect you and your masks protect us.
 All employees are supplied with the required masks and sanitizers. We also provide gloves to wear if they prefer.
 Regardless, we are requiring employees to wash or sanitize their hands frequently. We have added breaks to allow employees to hand sanitize.
 We’re also providing hand sanitizer and welcome you to sanitize your hands frequently as well.
 We require our employees who have other symptoms of COVID-19 to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines.
 If you have a fever or do not feel well, please be courteous to our staff and your fellow customers and do not shop the store until you are symptom-free. We welcome you to order online or for curbside pickup instead!
 A SOCIAL DISTANCE FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND OURS
We have also enhanced our cleaning protocols. We are regularly cleaning to CDC standards, including frequent disinfecting of high-touch surfaces (such as door handles,
 light switches, PIN pads, etc.).
We are enforcing social distancing throughout the store. Employees and customers are required to practice proper distancing (at least six feet) at all times. We will be limiting the number of customers in the store to facilitate distancing.
 Please bear with us, at times this may mean we must ask you to wait outside the store at designated locations.
 You will also see social distancing reminder markers within the store.
 We are adopting contactless checkout and payments as much as possible. We encourage you to use contactless payment methods. We will alter operations to limit physical contact (e.g. only one assigned employee for each register).
 We have revised fitting room procedures to permit social distancing and avoid physical contact. Fitting rooms will be cleaned between each use. Please bear with us as we sanitize and prepare the dressing rooms in between dressing room access.
SHIPPING UPDATES
Due to the impact of COVID-19 and our current reduced workforce,
 you may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our team and our customers.
BACKORDERS
Due to the current health crisis, unforeseen circumstances are
production delays for many brands, including those that we offer in our merchandise mix.
While we are working diligently to keep our special product offerings in stock,
you may notice an increase in back ordered items on our site at this time.
